Construct Corps tradespeople can become a Safety Force Member by simply working injury-free. Employees can even become Safety Force Silver or Safety Force Gold Members, by voluntarily completing the on-line training courses.

CONSTRUCT CORPS NOW OFFERS FREE ONLINE SAFETY TRAINING

We are excited to work with ClickSafety, a company that specializes in web-based safety programs. Now our construction employees can improve their safety skills with very simple to use, on-line training that is designed specifically for construction. This training is offered for free to our active tradespeople. The programs can be accessed from the comfort of home anywhere there is an internet connection and a personal computer.

The courses will be offered in two levels or tiers. Tier One has 5 quick reference courses that are only 15 minutes each. The courses cover some good basic topics as they are our most common accidents. Topics include; Ladder Safety, Personal Protective Equipment, Electrical Safety Awareness, Fall Protection Awareness, and Construction Housekeeping. These courses are available in English and Spanish.

For those who wish to further their safety knowledge a Tier Two set of 4 more detailed courses are available. These will generally take 45 to 60 minutes each. Tier Two courses may vary based upon trade, but many of them will be similar to Tier One courses, only with some greater detail.
