becomes a Construct Corps employee,
they must go through an objective
online hiring process. Unlike
competitors, our laborers go through
this process as well, which
immediately elevates the quality of

Minimum test scores must be achieved
prior to placement. If the worker
has a completed Profile and they
pass their given skill test, they
can work for Construct Corps;
objective and consistent. While
