QUALITY

We have the industry’s first centralized worker qualification and recruiting process insuring consistent results. Before an applicant becomes a Construct Corps employee, they must go through an objective online hiring process. Unlike competitors, our laborers go through this process as well, which immediately elevates the quality of worker that accesses our system.

Minimum test scores must be achieved prior to placement. If the worker has a completed Profile and they pass their given skill test, they can work for Construct Corps; objective and consistent. While competitors, with their decentralized branch offices, continue to make inconsistent hiring decisions leading to poor performance. They may qualify applicants differently each time and make subjective hiring decisions during face-to-face interviews, decreasing consistency.
